When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and any other information you choose to provide. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message.
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, and request logs to operate and protect the site. MailerLite may process email delivery and interaction information, such as opens and clicks, depending on email settings. Browser and email privacy features can affect these signals.
How we use information
We use information to manage the waitlist, send the JLN updates you requested, respond to messages, protect our services, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and help protect our website and MailerLite to manage signup forms and email communications. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect our rights and users.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your request and retain limited records for legal obligations or to honor your unsubscribe choice.
Retention
We retain information for the purposes described above and delete or anonymize it when no longer needed, subject to legal requirements. Unsubscribe records may be retained to prevent unwanted future marketing emails.
Children’s privacy
JLN sells children’s clothing to parents and caregivers. Our signup forms are intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Tracking preferences
The site does not implement a special response to browser Do Not Track signals. The size finder processes measurements in your browser without transmitting or storing them. Cloudflare and MailerLite process service information as described above; their own privacy notices explain their practices.
