JLN orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Available destinations, shipping methods, and prices will be shown before payment.
When your order ships
The confirmed processing time will appear here before orders open. Carrier transit time is separate from processing time. Once your order ships, we’ll email tracking information.
Preorders, if offered
A preorder’s estimated shipping window will appear on its product page and in your order confirmation. If that window changes, we’ll contact you with revised timing and the option to cancel for a refund.
Changes to an order
Please check your address before placing an order. For an address correction or cancellation request, email hello@wearjln.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery help
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
