Returns
If the fit isn’t right, request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing hello@wearjln.com with your order number.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached. Trying an item on indoors to check the fit is fine.
Sending it back
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions. Please send it within 14 days of approval and keep your tracking receipt.
For a change of mind or size-related return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law.
Your refund
We’ll inspect your return and issue an approved refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving it. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
A different size
Contact us first so we can check availability. Replacement stock is not guaranteed.
If something isn’t right
If you received an incorrect or defective item, email us with your order number and, if possible, a photo. JLN covers reasonable return shipping for these issues and will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Distressing and fading described and shown on the product page are intentional design details. This does not exclude manufacturing defects or items that materially differ from their description.
These terms do not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.
